I logged back into its deductible and all information for 2017 and 2018 donations is missing

I've already logged out and back in with both of my turbotax/itsdeductible accounts and still the information is missing.

See if you have more than 2 accounts (User IDs) without realizing it.

You can have up to 5 accounts that use the same email address for notification purposes.  A User ID may be an email address, but it doesn't have to be.  It might be only part of an email address, or it can be anything at all.

To get a list of your User IDs and recover account access, you can use the tool at the link below.  Try using your phone number first.   After that, if necessary, then run the tool on your email address(es) you can access.

NOTE: Before running the account recovery tool below, log out of all Intuit accounts including this user forum, or you might end up in a loop.  Then clear your browser Internet cache, close your browser, then reopen it, and go to the link below.  You may wish to copy this link so you can paste it into the new browser session.

If still no luck after running that on your phone number and email address(es) that you can access,  here's another method.
Go back to the tool again, but this time leave the data field blank, and choose the small blue link that says "Try something else", and it will look you up by SSN and other parameters.

I tried what is outlined by Mesquitebean and it doesn't work. On the phone w/ Intuit for 30 min and they couldn't help.  The said they opened a trouble ticket. The support tech made it sound like they won't be able to retrieve my data...which is very disappointing. It was saved on their server and now its gone...and they have no answers... This isn't what I would expect from Intuit.

@jmschmidt123   So Support confirmed you only have one account?

Are you using this link to log into ItsDeductible?

https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/itsdeductible/

3 or so years ago, Intuit tried a revised Beta ItsDeductible and it had a lot of problems, and they quickly abandoned it.   Be sure you don't have an old link that went to the Beta site.

@SteamTrain  Do you have anything to add here?

Hi,

I've got two accounts (I just ran the check and recalled two accounts) and neither has data now.  I've checked all the way back to 2017, and I've been using Its Deductible and made entries every year since.

It is all gone.

Has anyone ever been able to recover their data?  Is this another reason to abandon Intuit?
