I entered 2 1098 mortgage interest forms in deductions, and both are present in the deductions listing. Interest from only one is in the Sched A. How do I get both?

There's no special limits to be applied and because the loan was sold I should also be able to claim the original points without amortizing. But the data passed into the sched A does not reflect the second loan info.

There are a number of reasons you might not be seeing mortgage interest on Schedule A after entering it. You can revisit your entries to confirm, for example, that you identified the loan as being secured by your home, the dollar amount of interest entered was corrected, and that the loan principal was entered and didn't exceed applicable limits. In addition, you may not have had enough total itemized deductions to exceed the standard deduction.

You can preview your return before filing to find out how your taxes were calculated and review the schedules. See here for details.

no this response is not helpful. I have itemized my mortgage for the last many years using Turbotax. The issue this year is that the mortgage was sold, resulting in 2  1098s, and when both are entered in deductions, only one is applied to the Sched A entries, with no statement why. I contacted on-line help because Turbotax was failing at it's stated guarantee of maximizing my return, and after repeatedly entering the same form information multiple times in a 2-hour interaction, SUDDENLY the Sched A reflected the sum of the two forms. It may be related to the fact that one form did not check box 7 and one form did, and I had to enter the wrong information before both forms would be applied to the Sched A. My faith in Turbotax maximizing my deductions is extremely shaken.
