I am not in the wrong turbotax account. I am trapped in the 2018 wizard and cannot reach the "real" homepage and don't know how. Clicking Tax Home reloads the wizard.

I'm not trying to post multiple questions but you turned off my  commenting saying I violated terms of service, but all I've done is ask for how to reach my tax returns and documents. I didn't do anything wrong.

That's a glitch.
All that is done by computer and forum software.   No one flagged you.  That is a known glitch with an overactive filter in this forum, that does that sometimes without rhyme nor reason.   We've complained to TurboTax about it before.

If you've logged in and can't proceed, then you could play along with the wizard a few screens and see if at some point you can click on the left menu column on Tax Home or Previous Taxes.  Once you get to the typical Tax Home page you should be able to scroll down to "Your Tax Returns & Documents" to find the 2017 return --IF you are truly in the correct account.  I told you in another thread how to check.

Otherwise, phone TurboTax Support for help.   If you can't reach them by phone or it want's you to pay, then you can directly message a TurboTax Support agent at Facebook or Twitter.
