Can the money I paid for the car be deductible? If yes, where can I enter this? This car is for my business in 2018. (I have another car for personal use.)

I paid $7000 to buy this car. And there are additional taxes I paid for the title change. Can $7000 be part of the business expense or any kind of deductible? where to enter it in TurboTax? Thanks.

yes. use the asset entry icon on schedule c worksheet to get to form to enter it.
