I've paid my return and have confirmation. Next was a two step option to get filed. Step two I don't want so it is now giving me this verification to be sure it's me. Please send me a code to my e-mail address.

Hi Sharon,,,thanks for the reply, but I need to give you more details that I gave to Turbo Tax several times with no reply. When I said I'm not at home, I told them that I'm retired and currently living in the Philippines. I do not have a cell phone, just a land line. I gave that number to Turbo Tax but they will not call me here.
I told them about all this and explained that the only way for me to contact them or for them to contact me is via my e-mail. I've checked and they do have my correct e-mail. I've filed with them several times and never had this problem. They send me e-mails almost everyday. I've paid already and got their receipt. I just want to print my copy of the return as I've always done. They just need to file my return to the IRS. I wait for the IRS to contact me with their notice confirming they have my return and they tell me how much I need to pay. Then I pay them directly.
