What shows a zero and where is that shown? Also, which version of TurboTax are you using?

IF..If you are using the Desktop software...and
IF it is showing "$0" in the entry box that you cannot change, and not a simple "$", then we have a fix for that...
BUT.....if you have a Mortgage where the property taxes are paid by the Mortgage company, make sure you only enter the Prop Taxes as a part of your 1098 form Mortgage entries, and not a second time in the "Property Taxes" section
I have the same problem.
I'm using the desktop version and this entry is for my main and only home.
The box has "$0" in it and is uneditable.
