Why does it ask me to file a Florida return when Florida does not require an income tax return? When will I be able to review the return itself?

"Why does it ask me to file a Florida return when Florida does not require an income tax return?"

The Florida return in TurboTax is to report tangible personal property that is used in a Florida-located business or rental property and is filed with the county property appraiser.

You should have been presented with the opportunity to skip the Florida return entirely if you had no tangible personal property to report.

If you have not paid for the return, you should be able to delete it.

If you actually paid for the return, contact Customer Support.

I understand the rationale, but when I have royalty income but no rental income listed why does it still ask?
