where is my Arizona state tax download?

I just bought it, order # TTDCRTA137186528, but when I click to download, nothing happens.  If you sent something to my old email ([email address removed]), which is needed to receive the download, please redirect that message to my new email ([email address removed]).  I'd like to complete my taxes this weekend.

I eventually received it, much slower than I expected.
