When will 2021 New Jersey Individual tax forms be available for viewing and printing?

I have completed and e-filed my New Jersey return and still am getting a message indicating that New Jersey forms are not available yet to view/print as of 02/11/2022 for the 2021 tax year

You might want to contact Support.

What is the TurboTax phone number? (intuit.com)

I have the same issue.  with TT advising not to file because the NJ Business 1 Form is not yet ready.  But it is on the NJ Treasury site and now your referenced link shows TT availability 2/17.   This is very disappointing.

TurboTax is experiencing a delay in making state forms available.

Spend 1 hour on phone. Did not receive any support on this issue. Told to hang until 2/17 for all forms to be available. I think this is b..., TT do not have answer and just staling customers

Please be aware that, in general, NJ must approve TT's versions (programming) of its forms before they can be released.

It is Feb 15 2022 and it says:

It looks like your form 'Form NJ-1040 P1' isn’t available to Print

You are trying to print New Jersey form which is not yet finalized. So, it is unavailable for print.

Really?

The form is NJ-1040

It’s now 2/17 and the forms are still not ready. When will this be resolved so we can conclude our tax filings???

It is early in the day on 2/17/2022. Updates are typically released later in the day or evening.

Right, and remember that TT is in the Pacific time zone.

When I try to file my taxes I get this error:

"Returns with Pass-Through Business Alternative Income Tax Credit are not eligible for electronic filing"

I have a simple W-2 income, some savings account interest+dividends and have had the identical income for 15 years. This "Pass Through Business Alternative Income Tax Credit" is some new legislation about S-Corps and do not apply to me. I have no idea why I am getting this error. I was on the phone with TurboTax and they couldnt figure it out either.

Having exactly the same problem. Turbo Tax support is clueless with the response "What do you want us to do about it". My reply "Fix it". Their reply- Well just mail in your return. The return consists of one W2 and one 1099...why can't they just admit there is an error and fix their problem.

Having the same problem  e-filing New Jersey returns.

Pass through Bus. Alt. Inc. Tax Cr cannot be filed.

I had already paid for the e-filing and now I cannot file it!

I do not want to paper file .

What to do???????

The message that I cannot file comes up AFTER payment!!!

Should at least come up before you pay.

I’m getting this error when I try to file my NJ tax return. "Returns with Pass-Through Business Alternative Income Tax Credit are not eligible for electronic filing"
I called customer service and they said a lot of people from NJ are getting the same message and they are taking notes of it. I don’t know when they are going to get it fixed. We have to keep trying until we can file the electronic version. @TurboTax

Today is Feb 17 2022 , and I see updates installed for NY and NJ, and  I see I can print NJ-1040. I will print them and send via snail mail.

As of the morning of 2/18, the forms are still not available. I spoke with the agent (who tried very hard to be helpful), but she had no visibility into the issue, other than that she could see it was still a problem, but that the problem was supposed to have been resolved yesterday, 2/17. She tried to escalate the issue while I was on the phone, but the escalation queue was extremely long (probably hundreds of people calling in with this problem).

I will be trying later this afternoon to see if there is any progress (or at least some kind of specific answer).

hello to everyone having issues,

I spent an hour on the phone with Turbotax this morning and was lucky and fortunate enough to get someone who was helpful. Here is what you need to do-

Once in your account on the home page, scroll down to the bottom and click on "add a state".  Do this even if you have filed a return.  In doing see, new options appear on the left side of the screen.  Click on Tax tools and then print center.  From here you can download and print with no issues.  I sued this approach for three different returns all filed differently.

Hope this helps anyone who is beyond frustrated like I was!!!
