What does part year residency or residency mean on tax forms cause I lived in Nevada 39 years but moved to California in June 2022 I live in CA still ?

If you have lived in CA since June of 2022, then you are supposed to file a part-year 2022 CA tax return.  NV has no state income tax, so you have nothing to file for NV.
