Unable to purchase/download the GA Partnership software

I'm in the process of attempting to complete my Corporate return.  I need to download the GA Partnership Tax Return.  When I hit the "Start" it takes me to the screen to allow me to purchase the Georgia Partnership and when I hit CONTINUE an error message of "Looks like we hit a snag" comes up and I can't complete the purchase and/or download.  I've contacted support previously and rcvd and email "download my software", which is simply the download for the TT pkg.  How do I get past this error so I can purchase and download the state specific partnership return software and complete my taxes.

If you still experience the issue, please call Customer Service and tell them you have a "block payment issues, possibly due to billing or an invalid license" and the agent should be able to help you. Here is how you reach customer service:  Turbo Tax Customer Service
