I have not been able to get Turbotax to take my payment of $25 for the State Efile. I have a new computer and perhaps there is a setup problem on my end. Any suggestions?

Try to clear your browser's cache and delete cookies. A full or corrupted cache can keep TurboTax from functioning properly. If that doesn't work, try a different browser such as Firefox if you're currently using Chrome and vice versa.
