How did you solve this? I am having the same issue this year. The error is on turbo tax’s end and I cannot fix. At this point I just want my $39 back.

E file goes through but is rejected by State for the following error:
There is no way for me to fix this. The sad part is, my state return is for $0. I just needed to file it.
Please try the workaround posted in the thread here by @AnnetteB6 for further assistance.
The workaround will not work because my federal tax return has already been filed and accepted. I cannot change the deductions.
If you cannot e-file due to an error you cannot change, you may consider paper-filing your state tax return, assuming the state return is accurate.
