Trying to efile state but getting into a tax credit circle

I am claiming no state credit but when trying to efile my state (Georgia), I get into this circle where TT thinks I've said yes to the credit (I said no), and then takes me through the film credit form again. I say no, zero $, no, to everything, try to efile, but it sends me back to the form again.  Is this a glitch that needs an update? 

 

I was hoping to file today.

Blank is better than zero. Make it blank and then delete it. Then log out of the program.

Stuck information tips:

  1. Delete the form:
    1. How to Delete  Log out of your return
    2. Try one or more of the following:
      • Don't use Internet Explorer.
      • Clear cache and cookies,
      • Sign in using a different browser.
      • Sign in using a different device.
    3. Log back into your return.
    4. Enter the form again.

had similar problems with my Ga. state "S" corp return ...that I have to e-file ... can not get turbo tac to let me out of the film credit loop.

You can delete an unwanted form by following the instructions here.
