Tax specialist clueless of my state rejection error message

"There is an internal processing error with your return. Please update to the latest software (for web products this will happen automatically) and run a final review of your state return. If prompted, clear any errors by making the appropriate change and re-submit this return electronically. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused."       I am using the online version which is intuit and I cant get past this error message of my rejected CA return and when I called the tax specialist he was clueless. Either fix the issue and/or refund for the inconveinience but I do need to get this filed. Thanks
