Paid to efile mn tax return, but when I entered to file, the program said I can’t efile due to penalty. How do I reverse efile xharge

I have the same situation this year (2021 tax return).  I have tried to reach Intuit customer service to get the efile charge reversed but I can't figure out how to contact them.  Tried the phone number and the web site but not at all clear or responsive.  Any ideas?
