NJ How Many Eligible College Dependents question

In the New Jersey state section Turbo Tax ask the question.  "Include your dependents under age 22 who were full-time college students in 2022 and for whom you paid at least 50% of the tuition and maintenance costs.

If my dependent child is 22 does that mean I can't claim up to the $10,000 of tuition as the parent under CHAPTER 128 of the “New Jersey College Affordability Act.”

Anyone know this?

According to NJ Instructions, there is no age limitation for that deduction.

the student must be your dependent.

the age of 22 applies to the extra exemption for students.
