NJ-1040NR P3: Line 63 - Not able to e-file NJ NR taxes - PLEASE HELP

I am not able to e-file and this is the message I am getting:

"NJ-1040NR P3: Line 63 - Tot Net Gains This form may require an adjustment that has not been finalized for this release. You must obtain an updated before you file your return in order to ensure that all of the calculation are correct"

I check for updates and it is telling everything is updated and I am up to date. The status form link says the NJ-1040NR for is available  for both both print and e filing.

PLEASE HELP

Did you get help with this?  I'm having the same issue.

I called and they tired to help. They did everything then gave up and asked me to wait another week. They had no idea what the issue was as the forms appear to be all available and ready to file.

Well that gives you one day since today is March 2nd and your link says  it will be  resolved by March 3rd.   As of right now I am still getting the error message and cannot e file NJ-NR.  I checked for updates and there is no new updates. Please advise
