Your return might have some forms that can't be e-filed. If this is the case and is preventing you from e-filling, you will need to paper file.

Some forms aren't available to be E-filed yet. This could be because the State hasn't released the form to be electronically filed. Once they do release it, it might take a few days for TurboTax to integrate it into the system.

If the form says its Unsupported, it means that it is not supported by TurboTax, and you won't be able to file it electronically; instead you will have to print and mail either the form itself or the whole return.

Click on the link below and then on the blue "This Tool" link, and locate your state for when a specific return or Form will be available to be printed:

When will my individual tax forms be available in TurboTax?

I was able to efile it and i printed it out for reference and i was reading through it.

I think this is to tell me to mail it, if i don't efile?

This is explaining how to mail with address and instruction, however at the bottom it states 'Changed Your Mind About e-filing?' and goes on to explain how to do it.

It's important you are clear as to whether you did or did not e-file.  You will receive an acceptance email if you did e-file. If you don't receive that within a few days, you should mail your return as instructed. If you have received the email you can keep the printed copy with your tax return files.

No, if you e-filed successfully, you do not need to mail your forms.

oh man looks like i need to mail in Form 8453.
I think this the day trading I did, and turbotax can't handle the import volume.
Does the IRS expect me to printout the whole 500 page of documents and mail it to them?
Form 8949, sales and other dispositions of capital assets was checked in the Form 8453

If you entered your investment sales by sales section summary and did not upload a PDF of your 1099-B, form 8949* must be mailed in within 3 days of your e-filing.     Do I need to fill out or mail in Form 8949?

*you can substitute copies of your year-end broker statements that show the individual transactions. You don't need to include unadjusted Box A or Box D transactions

is it possible to double-side print?
Or print with 2 page in 1 page option, so i can cut down on the amount of pages?

I would not recommend double-sided printing or a two-page print option to reduce the chance of the state missing a page or rejecting the return as incomplete.
