You might be due a refund in this instance, but a Kansas individual income tax return would have to be filed in order to get it.

I have used TurboTax to prepare the Kansas State tax return. However, I can not find where to enter the amount for tax withheld as reported on the K-18 form that I received. I was not prompted to enter it, nor can I find where the amount withheld should be entered.
If you follow the instructions provided by JulieS at this link, you should be able to enter these taxes: Reporting State Tax on K-1

I highly doubt those instructions will work for a nonresident state tax return.
