How/where do I download form 4562? I need this form for my Washington DC business tax

If Form 4562 is included in your federal tax return, please review the following instructions to print and include all government and TurboTax worksheets:

1. If you are using TurboTax Online, sign in to the appropriate TurboTax account.
2. On the screen where you see "Way to go! You filed your 2017 taxes" scroll down until you see a blue Add a State button and select it.
3. You should be on a screen that welcomes you back to TurboTax. To the right, there is a button that states Print/Save my Documents. Select this button.
4. You should now be on a screen titled TurboTax Print Center. Select Print, save or preview this year's return.
5. Select the checkbox next to the 2017 return you want to print or view. Then select the View or print forms button. See attached screenshot.

I'm following the instructions provided (add state button, etc.) and it's  not working.  I can pull up my return to either save as pdf file or print, but this form is not included in the packet.  Where/how can I find it?

Form 4562, Depreciation and Amortization, should be in your list of federal forms not in your state forms.

• If you didn't depreciate or amortization any assets, TurboTax would not generate this form. 

I also would like to download this form.  My 2019 Federal return generates a "Form 4562 Depreciation and Amortization Report", but I can't figure out how to locate and print the actual Form 4562.  I need this to file my Washington DC taxes can someone help me locate it?  Thanks!

To print your 4562 form;

1. Log in to your account
2. Select Tax Tools (found in the left menu), and then select Print Center.
3. Choose Print, save, or preview this year’s return. 
4. In the TurboTax Print Center, check the 2019 Federal returns .Then select the View or print forms button.

Thanks but mine tax return doesn't have the form here, even though I filled out my depreciations and the software produces the 4562 depreciation schedule.  It just doesn't produce the actual 4562 form.  It seems like a bug, I'm talking with support to try to work it out.
