Hello, during review Turbo Tax will not File state DE. It says Sch A PIT -NSA is missing and that I will be notified when it is available. Anyone else have this issue?

What is important is when the form is available in TurboTax. After a state releases a form, it still takes time for TurboTax get make its own electronic version of the form, get it approved by the state, and then code AND test the software to support the form.

This last work takes some time, especially at this time of year.

Please go back to the screen where TurboTax told you in the state review that Sch A PIT-RSA was not available to file (see screenshot). Click on "I want to sign up for email notifications", if you haven't already.

This way, you will be emailed when the form is available.

I called the turbotax support number and they indicated this form was not supported for efile. Can you please verify?

Did you indicate if it will be available for printing out? I have used turbotax for many years and i never had a problem with this form but not sure why it says this form is not available now (ready soon) this time.

Thanks for follow up.  No haven’t tried to print it.  I went to DE tax page and the form is there, don’t know why TurboTax is missing it right now,  this is my 9th year on TT and never had this problem.  I’ll give Turbo Tax another few days and if not fixed I’ll have to go use another tax device.

Same here, have filed with them for years. If it's not fixed by next week I'm going elsewhere.

same thing. I am gonna to give them another week. If it isn't resolved, i will return TT and use H&R block this year.

My problem is I used intuit for business tracking so I have to figure out somehow to get that out. This is crazy how does this just become a problem after all these years with no answers.

I'm also dealing with this exact problem.  5 years I've used TurboTax and now we lose this capability?...  Guess Delaware becomes a forgotten state.  Would be great to see TurboTax resolve this matter in next couple of days.   Otherwise I'll need to take my business elsewhere.

I think it’s fixed! I didn’t get the error on my phone this morning. Have to verify when I get to a computer.

I just purchased the desktop version (for the first time ever) and am having the same issue. I called the helpline and was told to continue to wait for the form to be available (even though the TurboTax website says it’s available now). I can’t believe this is still an issue with the software in March - seems like a bug to me.  If it’s not fixed by mid-March, I’ll find the form to file myself and then never be buying TurboTax again.

Please read this Turbo Tax link that pay pertain to your issue. Did you itemize deductions on your federal return?

I just opened up my return again today and there was an update installed. Now it says the form is ready and everything is good to go. Maybe someone at TurboTax actually saw this post and fixed it.
