Can't download State tax

I am sorry you are experiencing these problems. Here is some helpful information if you are Stuck at the State Download.

 

There are a couple of other things that you can try to get past this snag,

• Try closing TurboTax,
• Compete a  disk cleanup,
• Restart your computer.  

If this doesn't work try this:

• If you've enabled pop-up blocking in your web browser, please turn it off and try again.
• If it's still not working, try again using a different web browser. (For example, if you're using Chrome, try using Explorer or Safari instead.)
• If those suggestions didn't help, try going back to your first browser and delete cookies.

 Since I couldn't locate my last years' AGI, I am forced to send my forms in by snail mail. I have been trying for the last 3 weeks to download my State taxes to no avail.  I have followed your instructions, received E-mail with instructions, and nothing seems to be working! What is going on with you people?  I have been with your company for years, and have never come across this big a problem before.  Please fix it!

I am sorry you are having trouble with your 2018 AGI, this is not a TurboTax issue, rather, the IRS is requiring your 2018 AGI for security measures.  If your AGI does not match what the IRS has in their system, there is nothing you or TurboTax can do to get past this.  You did the only thing you could do by filing a paper return.
