What happens or what message do you receive when you click on State?
I seem to be in a loop: Cannot get beyond third screen; it keeps reverting to the first one!

Which TurboTax program are you using? The desktop CD/Download editions installed on your personal computer or the online web-based editions?
If the desktop editions, which tax year? Which Operating System, Windows or Mac?
If the desktop editions, were you able to download and install the state program? Please describe what you mean for third screen and first screen.
