i cant get the child tqx credit because it says my sons Social Security card(hes only 13 yrs old) has “Not valid for employment” printed on it. (This is uncommon.) Advice

Go back to My Info and click Edit by his name.  Watch the questions. Be sure you say their ssn is valid for employment. 

@leashg8  agreeing with the answer from my colleague @VolvoGirl  ( on how to rectify error), just want to make sure that this is really a  data entry error and not a fact.  Note that you are return filing is indeed under perjury jurat.
