When entering zero for my AGI, should I selected that I have my 2020 tax return, that the AGI enter is on my 202 return, from line 11 on the 1040, and the correct number?

I have attempted to get my 2020 transcript online but, it doesn't appear to be available which leads me to believe it hasn't been processed yet.

If it was rejected for AGI—-be aware that many 2020 returns took so long for the IRS to process that your 2020 AGI might not be in the IRS system.   Try using zero instead.

If filing with zero is rejected then file again but select the option that you did not file last year.  The IRS does not see that question and it will allow you to e-file with no AGI question.

If that does not work and you still cannot e-file, then print, sign, and mail your tax return.

Hi xmasbaby0,

Thank you for that information. I realize I should try to enter 0 for my AGI. However, I want to make sure I'm going through all of the prompts and filling them out appropriately. Should they be filled out as if I had my transcript? I don't want to fill out the Turbotax questions incorrectly and end up in deeper water.
