Turbotax is adding income from a disaster distribution from COVID to this years return. I have already paid the taxes spread over 3 years and it is errantly adding it.

I clicked "no" on the have I received a disaster distribution since it said to only do that if I needed to report 1/3 of the 401k withdrawal.  It is still adding the income anyway.

As posted previously (below) by @DoninGA   you likely need to delete some forms that improperly carried over.

"More than likely there is a Form 8915-F Worksheet, a Form 8915-F and a Form 1099-R that transferred from the 2022 return to your 2023 return.  Delete those forms to resolve this issue.

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen

Click on Tools

Click on Delete a form"

I don't appear to have a "tax tools" button. I logged into the online site via Chrome and the only items on the ribbon to the left are "Tax Home" and "Documents"
