Try to delete the 1099 and reinter the information manually.

Where do I enter my 1099-R?
There is no option to delete the 1099-R. I have been using the online form not the downloaded application. I also already paid and was in the filing process.
Did find where to delete the form however that didn’t solve the issue. The form just keeps returning. This is clearly a software issue. Can I get a refund? I would rather go elsewhere to do my taxes rather than try to troubleshoot the online software.
I just talked to someone on the phone about this issue. I was told they are aware of the issue and are currently working on it but they don’t have a estimated time frame for when it will be fixed 😒
FYI, this is a known issue and TurboTax is working for the solution! You did nothing wrong, some others are experiencing the same issue.
I took my taxes prep to H&R Block and was able to file and the IRS accepted. I spoke to an TurboTax certified expert and they said the issue was with the software and that it wouldn’t be available until the 14th of February 2023. I already paid for my TurboTax service and I would like a refund.
