The program is asking for W-2s. I have none: all my income was from IRAs and Soc. Sec. Can I not proceed?

You may have indicated that you have a W-2 during the onscreen interview. If that is the case, you'll have to delete the W-2. Please see the information below. 

 

To navigate to that section of TurboTax, in the program, search for W-2 and click on the "Jump to" feature. If you see a W-2, you can delete it by clicking on the trash icon. 

 

You can also delete the W-2 as follows:

• If you're using TurboTax Online software and need to delete a form, click here.
• If you're using TurboTax CD\Download software and need to delete a form, click here. 

If you aren't able to find the W-2, you may have to clear your return and start over.
