Retirement or Pension by entering G- if the pension is from a government or public source N-if it is an other pension subject to Michigan tax

 my pension is from fidelity investment I worked for GM,not sure which one to use for Michigan taxes

G - if the pension is from a government or public source

N - if it is an other pension subject to Michigan tax

The correct code is N ( other pension subject to Michigan tax).

General Motors (GM) is not a government or "public" pension; tt is a private employer pension. Fidelity is the pension administrator for your GM retirement.
