Received 2 W2 from the same employer. All fields on the second one is blank with the exception of box 14 which has one item and retirement box is checked.

You should consolidate the two W-2s into one when you enter them.

Take the Box 14 amount and its description from the second W-2 and add it to the first one.

If there are already 4 Box 14 entries on the first W-2, in the Online TurboTax product, just keep adding rows for Box 14 in the W-2 interview until all the Box 14 entries from both W-2s are entered.

Also check the retirement box on this W-2 as you enter it.
