I check the "got my stimulus" at the IRS website, says payment was sent April 15th, but has DD info as my social security number. I'm very confused on what is happening, and how I'll receive my payment.
We also had this happen! No money was deposited and the account number listed on the IRS website does not match the direct deposit information from 2018 or 2019 tax return. Instead it shows the last 4 of social. I wasn't able to find any other information about this except that the IRS website says they will be sending a letter within two weeks of the deposit date with details about what to do if you never received the deposit.

The same thing happened to us. My greendot info was on the return so I don't understand this oversight. But the IRS sure as hell took their giant payment today on top of it! Turbo Tax and the IRS should have fixed that!

This is not the case for me thus far. The IRS says it was deposited today. Checked the Turbocard and it is NOT in fact deposited. Is Turbotax holding this? Is it being processed?
So screw TurboTax. I worked here also as a third party company rep and I do not care if I never get to work for them again. When I was working there, they did not have the resources to help the reps help you. Most likely when they put you on hold they are asking Tier 2 representatives. Those Tier 2 reps also have no idea what they are doing and 9 times out of 10 they are rude to Tier 1. I can honestly say, especially after working for the worst customer service client is I will never use this product again!! None of the reps who are answering care to get the actual information. Some reps told customers yes they will get it despite having fees or an advance, others stated no. The customers are waiting anxiously without a **bleep** answer. DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT. Go to a better tax agent who will actually look at your information. They do not care about their customers or their employees.
Make sure the 4 digits you see on the IRS website match your card account information and not the last 4 of your social. This is a common issue happening and you may need to update the information.
I used my turbo account to file my husbands taxes and we checked the IRS website and they said it was sent yesterday to my account but it has not posted. Could it be because the account is in my name ? I'm not sure what to do. I cant get a hold of anyone

If the IRS cannot complete your direct deposit because of a incorrect account or routing number, you will be sent a paper check. In the meantime,you can try to change your bank account information by going to: https://www.irs.gov/coronavirus/economic-impact-payments and select the get my payment option to update your account information. This may or may not work since your stimulus check has already been processed.

Did you ever receive your funds? The same thing has now happened to me in the second round... IRS site shows last 4 of my SSN as the bank account number. Not sure why they would have done it differently from the first round... nothing changed on my end - same account for over a decade and no changes to info submitted with tax forms... so frustrating. Anyone able to tell me if/how this was resolved for you in the first round? Thanks!
