My return did not include any of my spouses information, and she has paid taxes why was she not included in my return she always was in the past

Did you enter her info as you entered yours ? If not do so now if you have not filed yet. 

I have filed and it has been accepted I did not include any of her information as it was not asked for

Well then you wait for the original return to be fully processed and you have the original refund in hand and then mail in an amended return.
