I'm entering this under the other(not classified) category, as I didn't see another matching category. I'm quite certain that this is meant to be tax deferred, so I'm not sure why when I change the value to 0, it doesn't change my tax due/refund.
If it was deducted pretax then it was already deducted from the wages in box 1. Or if they are not pretax deductions the plan keeps track of them for you and when you take a distribution or get the pension part of it will come out tax free. You can only deduct contributions to IRA plans you make outside of work.
