If I entered my Roth IRA contributions from W2 on Box 12 AA, shoud I answer Yes or No for the later question, "Did you make a Roth IRA contribution for 2024?"

Roth IRA contribution are not on W-2.

Only Roth 401(k) or Roth 403(b) contributions are reported on a W-2 and are entered in box 12 with a code of AA for the Roth (401(k) or code BB for the Roth 403(b).  Those contributions are not entered anywhere else on a tax return.

Your Roth account in the employer-provided retirement plan is not a Roth IRA.
