I want to withdraw from turbo tax

If you do not want to save your return information, you can clear the return, if you have not already registered or paid for the software.

·         Sign In to your return

·         Go to the black vertical menu, on the left side, and click on Tax Tools

·         Select Clear and Start Over

·         Confirm Yes, you are sure you want to clear your return 

Or if you are in the TurboTax Mobile Ap

If you haven't filed you can just leave and abandon the current year.   You can try to clear it.
