I have an IRA but never get tax documents. I am looking at statements that show interest. Do I add that somewhere on tax refund forms?

You don't report earnings from your IRA on your tax return.  They will be included in the amount when you take a distribution.

Generally, you receive Form 5498 that reports your IRA contributions. Sometimes you won't receive it until after the tax deadline because you can contribute to your 2024 IRA up until the tax deadline. Refer to the TurboTax article What Is IRS Form 5498: IRA Contributions Information?
