I have a 1099R that I just typed in with a G code in box 7, the rollover questions don't say any thing about a traditional IRA so I'm not sure how to answer the questions

The only question that needs answering is was it rolled over to a ROTH IRA, that would be taxable. If it is rolled over to any other qualified plan, it is not taxable. If you answer no to the ROTH question, Turbotax assumes that the rollover is non-taxable.
