I did not get a 1099 from etsy, do I still file

The site states that if the amount is under 20,000 I will not get a 1099, I did not make any more than $100.

If you are required to file a tax return, you must enter all income from all sources on the tax return. Since the etsy income is self employment income, you must upgrade to Self Employed to enter it on a schedule C.

You might qualify for the Freedom Edition if your total income is less than $33,000. It is free. Here is a link: https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/2026912-how-do-i-switch-to-turbotax-freedom-edition

Was $100 your only income or did you have income from other sources? If so, how much and what kind of income?

I had two other jobs last year, a full time and part time plus the etsy account where I only made $65
