I am not able to select the Captcha box in order to complete my tax return, this appears to be happening to quite a few people, is the service down?

There was a known issue with captcha happening but it seems to have been resolved since.  If you're still experiencing this problem, and have already tried the steps of clearing your cache and switching browsers, please give our live representatives a call for further assistance: Contact TurboTax
