How do I clear the Needs Review on my CSA-1099-R form?

I have tried several times to reenter, double check all entry, but it won't accept any of my forms. I think this is a bug?

@nhbitt

If you entered it initially by uploading a Picture, or PDF of the CSA-1099-R?

Then you should delete the entire form.

...then re-enter it entirely manually by typing in everything.

...Don't upload a picture of PDF of any tax form....if you can't get an "import" that comes directly from the provider's computers, you should just type in the data.

I deleted and entered manually and that did not work either.  Thoughts?

Nope...without actually seeing what the issue is by sitting with you...no idea, other than Customer Support:
