HOw do I add a 1099 G to my state tax return for 2018?

You add the 1099-G in the federal section of the TurboTax program. That will automatically transfer it to the state section.

If you have a specific concern, please let us know what that is. For example, if you applied your 2017 state refund to your 2018 taxes and want to be sure you are getting credit
