Hi so I have a problem with my turbo card account I made a purchase 7 days ago on Amazon but I canceled that order before it shipped therefore no money was taken but turbo has a hold on my funds bcuz they are still waiting for Amazon to take it out which they won’t be doing bcuz as I said I canceled the order I contacted a rep from Amazon and she says turbo has to disburse the funds back to my account is there any way you guys can help me as I am in need of food for my 3 kids and wife and I it’s been a full week and still no answer
