No you do not.
Active duty military pay is not taxed in
Illinois. You can see more information

If
you are only stationed in Illinois, make sure you answer no to the questions in the Personal Info tab whether you
lived or worked in another state other than your state of record.

make sure of these entries on your W-2:

and Income, then Edit on your W-2
