Unable to upload cryptocurrency transactions into TT Home and Business?

I have TT Home and Business 2021 (downloadable) because I own a small business in addition to being a cryptocurrency investor.  This year, I had 1 large crypto payment that must be reported as property, 300 buy/sell cryptocurrency transactions with my broker, and 900 crypto staking payments throughout the year.  I see no mention of cryptocurrency anywhere in the entire software.  I have searched dozens of articles on this topic and they yield zero help for this particular version.

When I go into Forms and search Cryptocurrency, it does not pull up anything.  I can generate an 8949 from Schedule D, but I see nowhere to upload a .csv that contains my transactions.  What is the guidance for reporting what I need to report?  Do I need to somehow procure a refund on this version and get another?  I assumed this one would let me do a Schedule C as well as handle a bunch of crypto payments, but it's only becoming more frustrating every time I try to find what I need.

Look in the upper left corner ... in the menu  under FILE you should see an option to IMPORT information.

Please contact support via phone for assistance with this situation ... contact details can be found here

I've seen that, but the only sources to import from are from Accounting Software, from Financial Institution, or from ItsDeductible Online, none of which are correct here.  Any list of my crypto transactions would be in an excel format and need to be uploaded into or attached to a specific form, I'm assuming 8949.

I guess I will have to call to get help.
