TurboTax isn't applying my 4562 depreciation for my rental property How do I get it to do that without paying the additional consultant fees which used to be included!

Make sure you have entered your assets under the rental property for which is applies.  Please see how do I handle capital improvements and depreciation for my rental for guidance on how to enter the assets in the correct location.

If you have entered them in another section of the program, you will need to delete those entries and follow the steps in the link above to ensure they are linked to your rental property.  Please see this thread for guidance on deleting any incorrectly entered assets.
