internet connection is good, i am using the online version premier edition of turbo tax.
Then log back in and see if you are still having the same issue
You can also try a different web browser to see if that works.

tried all the hints, even another browser. i believe i need to start over complete and erase eveything thru the tools section. turbo tax connects, but same message keeps coming up
