K-1 for rental property. TT asks how many days it was rented. Fill in value and run Fed review. Says days rented shouldn't have a value because it is a royalty property ?

I'm using TT Live Premium. Can't do forms. Where do I set the property type? How is it thinking it is a royalty property?

This is a known issue that may be under investigation. Since you paid for and are using TurboTax Live software, you have access to your tax expert between 5 a.m. to 9 p.m. Pacific time. Your agent should be able to troubleshoot this issue either over the phone or by screensharing.

Thanks for the response! I was able to get this resolved. Somehow the property had been marked as both a Rental AND a Royalty property. I was able to delete the royalty property and get out of the loop.
