I have an amount shown in box 12 for Specified private activity bond interest dividends. Where do I enter them?

Don't understand...box 12 of a 1099-DIV is box 12 on the form...you just enter them on the 1099-DIV.

OR are you not seeing the checkbox to expand teh interview -DIV sheet and see all the box numbers....but if you see box 11, 12 is right there to the rt side of it.

OH..unless you are using 2017 software...you can't use 2017 software for a 2018 1099-DIV form...nor for any 2018 taxes..

OR did someone issue a 2018 099-DIV with 2017 box labels.  

That's a provider screw up...match the subject of any box for boxes 5 and higher.  All 5 is new this year and boxes starting at 6 are one higher in 2018...and let the provider know they screwed up.

Trying to enter 2019 info.  Box 12 does not have a box into which to enter data; "additional boxes" data does not open it.  Where to enter specified private activity bond interest dividends shown on 1099-div in TurboTax?

box 12 is zeroed out in 2019 TT Premier; there is no "box;" clicking on "additional boxes" does not "open" box 12 for entries.

I clearly see it in the Desktop Premier software.

I clearly see it in the Online Premier software....on a wide-screen device.

I see it in the Online Premier software ....on a narrow-screen device....BUT...the actual boxes disappear in narrow screens, and you click on the text for box 12 instead to get the active line/field  (Please Don't use a narrow screen computer/device to prepare your taxes...you tend miss seeing too many things).
