Hello, it's my first year renting an apartment, and I am confused whether the School Property Tax Credit applies to me?

Additionally, if I didn't live here the whole year, I am assuming I would add up only the months I lived here for the grand total.

You posted your question from a version of online Live software.  If you are really using that “Live” software you can get help from your “expert.”

And....you have not mentioned what state you are in.  The school tax is a state specific credit.  If you tell us what state you are in someone would be likely to help.
